The multichannel stage begins!
In BimYou’s journey I met new challenges, .
BimYou is a consulting firm that develops multichannel solutions such as Zendesk with integrations of different platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, iTunes. such as Instagram, facebook, twilio, Itunes. They also develop AI for some clients.
in this journey I had to be in charge of the following preparations:
- I worked in charge of the r&d department looking to maintain and develop new integrations for the client’s needs.
- I had to develop all the back end and AI for bots in azure.
- We had to develop applications for Zendeks.
- Some applications were outdated and that I had to migrate them from language (js to ts).
- The changes in the applications started a series of script translations from python to c#.
- We were working on a project with ionic and Angular, for a big client like Mapfre.
